We exist so that people far from God can experience life in Christ. Experiencing life in Christ is more than an event to be celebrated. It is a lifelong process to be enjoyed. (Luke 19:10)

The Freedom Way
We Are Freedom Church
We Put God to the Test
God made us a promise and we will take Him at His Word. Since generosity is a trust issue, we choose to believe God by leading the way in sacrificial giving. It is not about what God wants from us, but what He wants for us. (Malachi 3)
We Are Letting Go
Freedom is fueled by volunteers. We will empower people for their ministry, not just recruit them to ours. (Ephesians 4:11-12)
We Are Not in the Catering Business
We bow to Jesus and not the personal preferences of those around us. We are more concerned with the people that we are trying to reach than those we are trying to keep. This is His church and we are honored to be a part! (Philippians 2:9-11)
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven and will return again to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every believer from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. The Christian seeks to live under His control daily.
Humanity is made in the image of God. Although God designed us to have fellowship with Him, we became alienated from God through disobedience. As a result, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and choose to sin against God. We are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through our own efforts.
You were created to exist forever. We believe that forever is spent in one of two places: eternally separated from God because of sin or in union with God because of His forgiveness and salvation. When you die, you will either spend eternity in heaven or hell. Eternal separation from God happens in hell. Eternal union with God occurs in heaven.
Salvation is God’s gift to you if you’ll accept it. We can never make up for our sin with self-improvement or good works. It is only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness that you can be saved from sin’s penalty. Eternal life begins the moment you receive Jesus Christ into your life by faith.
Because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and eternal power of God that gives this security.
