The summer can be such a fun time for everyone! Family vacations, kids out of school, making memories, celebrating our independence as citizens in the greatest country on earth…

But even in the midst of the fun summer brings, the stress of life can still wreak havoc on our emotional and spiritual health. For people who are followers of Jesus, we can be left questioning what this “freedom in Christ” actually looks like when all we see and feel wants to tell us the opposite.
